Guide Step by Step

Placing an order with CoyotasMozas.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online.

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. Please, before you contact us about any doubt to make its order reads this section, if still you have doubt, you can contact us by anyone of the options that are indicated in the section  «Contacts». In order to initiate your order go to the Section «To Place an Order» or «Catalog».

To Add Products to your Order

Select them products and enter the quantities you wish to purchase in the box next to the item. Click the «Add to Cart» button. Our minimum order amount is $20.00.

After that you have two options: «View Cart» or «Continue Shopping». Do click in the button of the option that you wish.

If you wish to add other products does click in «Continue Shopping». If you wish to review your order to send us do click in «View Cart».

To Modify your Order (Quantity and/or Eliminate)

When you review your order, you can change the amounts ordered, or delete items as needed. In order to modify the quantity of any item in your cart, input the proper quantity in the respective box and do click in the button «Update». Enter «0 (Zero)» in the respective box and click in the button «Update» to delete an item.

Check Out your Order

Once you have reviewed your order, make click in the button «Check Out». Which you will take to another page where you must provide your contact information.

If the information where you wish that the order is sent is same that the of contact information, it is not necessary to repeat the information, simply it leaves the words that say «Some».

You do not forget to select the form in that you wish that the order is sent, if by «Autobus» or «Paquetería y Mensajería en Movimiento».

In addition it is necessary that you provide a valid email so that we make contact with you about your order.

Number of your Order

Once you have filled the order form and you send us, you will take to another page where is indicated you the number of your order. You must keep it for future reference. Example of number of order:

Immediately you must review your email, automatic and immediately an email with the confirmation of the order is sent to you,  with the information of how and where making its deposit banking, to cover the total of the order.

Remember that we did not process any order until you send a copy to us of the deposit banking confirms us your payment, by fax or deposit form in this website
